Failure Isn't The End

Life we know isn’t a bed of roses, and thus we fall at different stages of the way. There are times we put so much into something, be it money, time, effort, even emotions, and then it crashes in a second, months and years of planning just gone down the drain! Yes, it’s hurtful, but who says that’s where and how it has to end?

The world defines failure as not meeting one’s desired objective or being incapable of success. No! I refuse to accept this definition. We all are capable of succeeding, and have all it takes to in us. Men who have become successful today at one point faced failure, but they gave it a different definition, “another opportunity to try again, and better”. That’s how I define failure.

Failure isn’t bad, no, it’s even proof you did something. It should show you where you missed it and propel you into becoming better. For Thomas Edison, he said “I have not failed. I’ve only found 10,000 ways that won’t work”. That’s the positive spirit failure should birth in you. We aren’t perfect, thus can’t completely evade failure, in fact, your success story isn’t complete without a time of failure. We never really appreciate success if we have not experienced the cold fingers of failure.

To you who’s failed in that business and wants to pack up, who’s failed all those courses in school and wants to drop out, who’s been turned down in different companies and wants to give up, who’s found no one to support your dream and wants to go back: IT DOESN’T HAVE TO END AT THIS POINT. Failure isn’t the end! That you’ve failed shows your making efforts, but should study more, add more value to yourself and become better. Failure isn’t the end, don’t accept it. If it were, you wouldn’t have been reading this. Go succeed.

“You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It won’t happen automatically. You will have to rise up and say, ‘I don’t care how hard this is, I don’t care how disappointed I am, I’m not going to let this get the best of me. I am moving on with my life” (Joel Osteen)

“Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm” (Winston S. Churchill)

“You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it is necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it” (Maya Angelou)
